Yu Lin graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in May 2016 with an MS in Communication and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Dec. 2013 with a BA in Journalism, Advertising, and Media Studies and minor in Cultural Geography.

During her college career, Yu completed four internships in the journalism and communications fields which allowed her to gain experiences in a variety of different office settings while refining her writing, communications, reporting and technology skills in different media.

Besides writing, Yu is also passionate about traveling, reading, taking photos, tasting international food, and researching cultural diversities.
